Largo, FL – February 1, 2005: UltraRAD Corporation proudly announces the acquisition of East Coast Technologies, Inc., the nation’s leader in PACS support for over ten years. Within the terms of the acquisition, UltraRAD obtains East Coast’s customer base of over 1000 PACS clients and nation-wide service and support staff, factory trained to install and service Kodak, Konica, Radworks/ Centricity, Vidar, Howtek, Array, Merge, and UltraPACS product lines.

Each technician acquired by UltraRAD is factory trained and expert at their craft. Support hours will continue to be 24/7/365 with one-hour response time and twenty-four hours on-site as necessary.
