Within the terms of the acquisition, UltraRAD obtains East Coast’s customer base of over 1000 PACS clients and nation-wide service and support staff, factory trained to install and service Kodak, Konica, Radworks/ Centricity, Vidar, Howtek, Array, Merge, and UltraPACS product lines.
